No-Cook Applesauce

No-Cook Applesauce

Published Thursday, Jan 30, 2020

Apples are a favorite of SEEDS students eaten plain as a snack and for the many ways that they can be easily and deliciously prepared in the kitchen. Chef Eli has been working to try out new ways of cooking classic recipes, and recently made this no-cook applesauce with our elementary students. The result was easy, delicious, and a fun twist on traditional applesauce! Try it with several different types of apples to get a fun flavor combination, like mixing Granny Smith with Honeycrisp apples or Gala with Macintosh!
