Join SEEDS and the North Carolina Arts Council for a free three-day workshop where participants will create handmade paper lanterns. This workshop is recommended for youth ages 8-18, but families are also welcome. Sessions will be held on December 7, 14, and november 30, 3pm-6pm and all materials will be provided.
